    I brought my boyfriend to the Pelican Hill Resort because he hasn't been there before. I have been here a few times and this was my best visit yet. We went to the Coliseum Pool and Grill to have a quick bite before our trip back home, and Michael was our server. Michael was accommodating and was just an awesome spirit. We mentioned that we would be sharing our food and he made sure to have it portioned for 2. He also has some great jokes and he definitely was the star of our dinner. The ambiance was so relaxing and definitely a great place for a quick stay-cation. Michael, thank you for your wonderful service, we will be back for more! : )

    Service and food were terrific! The view is priceless, the food is on the high priced side for what you are getting, but you are paying for service and ambiance. It can be a little noisy when the pool is busy. If you are looking for quieter, try the Pelican Grill. Still worth a visit if you haven't been.

    Breakfast was amazing, great atmosphere, beautiful views Had make your own omelette that comes with potatoes and a side of toast, the avocado toast is amazing. Also the salmon Benedict. Service is excellent

    We went for breakfast 2 of our 3 days at the hotel. If you book with Amex travel you get a $90 per diem credit here for breakfast. The food was excellent, so was the service, view and ambiance. The avocado toast, breakfast potatoes and smoothies were a hit with me. I highly recommend trying Coliseum Grill.
